Son of W.A.Y. parody: You’ll Likely Pass It When You Are Old

September 5, 2018
  • You’ll Likely Pass It When You Are Old
    • Parody of “Strip Polka” by the Andrews Sisters
    • Alternate Titles: “You’ll Likely Pass The Brunner Test When You Are Old” (although the song may not necessarily sing about just passing the Brunner Test. It may go over what else one may pass when they’re old, but a decision has yet to be firm on this one, as of 9-23-2018.)
    • A junior lawyer I spoke to mentioned that the Brunner Test to discharge student loans in bankruptcy, is more likely to be passed when the debtor is a senior citizen, because job prospects are generally diminished for those of a more advanced age, so the chances of getting a better income through a better job is reduced.
